The Heall Collective
Independent practitioners.
Connected by purpose.
The Heall Collective brings together independent practitioners who work across education, coaching, counselling, therapy, SEND and family support.

We each have our own areas of expertise, our own businesses and our own clients. But we share a belief in supporting people with understanding, compassion and a whole-person approach.

Being part of The Heall means we don't have to work in isolation. We share knowledge, support one another, showcase each other's work and, where it is helpful, collaborate or refer people to the practitioner who is best placed to support them.
Different businesses. Shared values.
A collective of people doing work that matters.
Laura

Educator.
SEND specialist.
Founder of Nellie B's Learning Hive.
Laura is a qualified teacher and former primary English Lead with more than 20 years' experience supporting children and families. Alongside her teaching background and first-class Psychology degree, she has also worked as an applied behaviour analysis therapist with children with autism and additional needs.
As founder of Nellie B's Learning Hive, Laura supports families who are doing education differently — from home education and leaving mainstream school to navigating emotionally based school non-attendance (EBSA). Her approach starts with the child, focusing on their interests, strengths and individuality to help them rediscover their confidence and love of learning.
Laura is passionate about supporting the whole family, not simply providing another set of resources or strategies. Her work is underpinned by her FLAME Framework, helping children Find, Light, Align, Move and Emerge as they reconnect with their own spark.
Jenni

Leadership & SEND Coach.
Education Consultant.
Founder of The Heall.
Jenni is an experienced educator, former headteacher and leadership coach with more than 20 years working across education. She has held senior leadership and consultancy roles, supporting schools, teachers and leaders through change, improvement and professional development in the UK and internationally.
Her coaching work grew from a belief that people often need more than advice — they need space to think, clarity about what is getting in the way and someone alongside them as they work out their next step. She coaches education and organisational leaders as well as children and young people, particularly those navigating confidence, anxiety, SEND or challenges around school.
Jenni brings together her educational experience and coaching practice to help people understand themselves, recognise their strengths and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Sian is an experienced Systemic Family Psychotherapist with more than 20 years working alongside children, young people and families. She has worked across a range of therapeutic settings, specialising in trauma, attachment and complex family relationships. Alongside her therapeutic practice, she provides supervision and consultation to therapists and practitioners working with trauma and abuse.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood and heard. She helps families make sense of their experiences, explore patterns that may no longer be helpful and discover new ways of understanding and responding to one another. Sometimes this means letting go of long-held beliefs about parenting, learning new approaches and finding greater confidence in the parent they want to be.
Sian brings together her therapeutic expertise with warmth, compassion and a deeply relational approach, helping children and families rebuild trust, strengthen relationships and move forward with greater confidence, understanding and hope.
